It is AD Trophy's top priority that you receive your awards by a specific date. Therefore we provide you with the detailed shipping information, so that you can plan your ordering process accordingly.

FREE Shipping Policy (continental United States only)
AD Trophy will pay for your ground shipping on all prepaid trophy and plaque orders over $100.00 and all medal orders over $250, shipped within the continental United States only. You can mix and match trophies and plaques for free shipping. Items must be purchased at published prices to be eligible for free shipping. Free shipping will be sent via UPS Ground.

Order Processing
All orders are processed for shipment Monday through Friday only and usually shipped within 24-48 hours from the time of receipt provided the item(s) are in stock. In the event that your item is not in stock, you will be otherwise notified via email or phone.
PLEASE NOTE: UPS does not deliver to APO's, FPO's and PO Boxes. Street address is required for all deliveries.

Expedited Shipping
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. If you are interested in an expedited service such as Overnight or UPS Next Day Air, please feel free to contact one of Customer Care Associates at (800) 841-6790 or email us using this easy form

Change of Delivery Addresses.
If you need to change the delivery address on a completed order that has not shipped yet, please call us immediately at (800) 841-6790. However, if your order has already been sent out for delivery, we will be unable to change the delivery address.

Sales Tax
