Refusing Delivery of Damaged Items. If you realize you received a damaged or defective product after accepting delivery, contact us immediately at (800) 841-6790 or use this easy form to email us for instructions on returning the damaged/defective item. We will send you a replacement immediately after receiving the damaged or defective product within 15 days of receipt of your order.
