How long will it take for my trophy or award to arrive?
We offer the quickest order turn-around in the industry - 24 hours on selected products. Please review our Free Rush Service policy for more details.

You can refer to our Shipping Policy to determine the scheduled Ground Transit time from our location. 2-Day Air & Next Day Air is available to most addresses at an additional cost (a signature is required at the time of delivery for all air shipments). Delivery Date = Today's date + Production time (2 business days) + delivery time (in business days).

What methods of shipping do you use for addresses in the continental U.S.?
We use Ground UPS and all UPS delivery options. Please review our Shipping Policy.

How much does engraving cost?
For all trophy orders you receive up to 3 lines of Free Engraving (50 letters). Add $0.05 per each additional letter. For all medal orders the engraving is just $0.50 per medal.

What method of payment do I use when I order over the Internet?
To process your order quickly, we take credit cards as a form of payment over the Internet. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, & Discover. You also have the option of mailing in your payment to AD Manufacturing Corp., 248-44 Jericho Turnpike, Bellerose, NY 11001

Is it safe to pay online with my credit card?
Yes. We use a secure server for credit card processing on our Order Form. This encrypts all data sent between our server and your computer. You can review or Secure Shopping Guarantee.

What do I do if I receive damaged or misengraved items?
To place a claim on damaged or misengraved items, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-841-6790.

Can I return items for a refund?
100% customer satisfaction is our top priority. If any purchase made on AD Trophy fails to meet your complete satisfaction, please return it for an exchange or complete refund. No strings attached! Please review our Return Policy for more details.

Why do I have to open an 'account' with you?
In order to process your payment and deliver your order, we will need to know your name and contact details, your billing address and your delivery address. All this information is stored in 'Your Account', so that hopefully you will only ever have to enter these details once (when setting up your account). If you are a regular customer, this will make the checkout process much quicker. Please note that your personal data will only be used for processing and fulfilling your order - we operate a strict Privacy Policy and do not pass, sell, rent or otherwise distribute email addresses or other personal data to third parties.
